By accessing or using Polls Watch (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Polls Watch is a reference archive. The survey figures, predictions, results and other information shown are compiled from publicly available sources and are provided for general information only. We do not conduct our own polling and do not independently verify third-party data.
The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation or warranty that any information is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or fit for any purpose. Figures may contain errors, be out of date, or be revised or removed at any time without notice.
Nothing on Polls Watch constitutes advice of any kind — including electoral, political, financial, investment, betting or legal advice — and nothing here is a prediction or a guarantee of any outcome or value. Any reliance you place on the content is strictly at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polls Watch, its operators and contributors accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any reliance on any information it contains, including any errors or omissions in that information.
Where possible, surveys are attributed to the pollster and publication that originally released them. Trademarks, names and data belong to their respective owners. If you believe content has been attributed incorrectly or should be removed, contact us and we will review it.
You may browse, cite and link to pages on Polls Watch. You may not scrape or bulk-reproduce the dataset without attribution, misrepresent the source of the data, or use the Service in any unlawful way or in a way that disrupts it.
We may update these Terms or the content at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what limited data is collected. In short: apart from standard Google Analytics, we do not store your personal data.
